CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
On the day of arrival, the villa is available from 4:00 PM.
Check-in is guaranteed until 8:00 PM. For arrivals after 8:00 PM, an additional fee of € 50.00 will apply.
On the day of departure, guests are kindly requested to vacate the villa by 10:00 AM.
EXTERNAL SERVICES
The villa does not directly provide additional activities beyond accommodation; however, it can recommend trusted providers where guests may book external services and experiences during their stay.
All external services arranged during your stay (such as cooking classes, waiter service, extra cleaning, etc.) are provided by independent companies, which will issue their own invoices.
NON-SMOKING POLICY
All indoor areas of the villa are strictly non-smoking.
PETS
Dogs and other pets are welcome.
FINAL CLEANING
A final cleaning fee of € 50.00 applies.
PRIVATE BOOKINGS
At the time of booking confirmation, a deposit of 20% of the total amount is required via bank transfer or PayPal.
The remaining balance must be paid by bank transfer or PayPal two months prior to the check-in date.

CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event of cancellation, the following penalties apply:
- Up to 2 months before arrival: penalty equal to the deposit paid
- From 60 to 15 days before arrival: 50% of the total stay
- Within 15 days before arrival: 100% of the total stay
SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit of €1,500.00 is required at check-in, payable by credit card or PayPal.
The deposit will be refunded within 2 days after check-out, subject to no damages being reported.
SWIMMING POOL
The maximum depth of the swimming pool is 140 cm.
Pool heating (from 26°C to 30°C, depending on the season) is available upon request, except in July and August, at an additional cost of € 700 per week.
LINEN
Bed linen and towels are included at check-in.
For stays longer than one week, weekly cleaning and linen change are included.
Any additional linen change is available at a cost of € 240.00.
BABY EQUIPMENT
Two baby cots and two high chairs are available free of charge.

The villa is equipped with:
washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, ice maker, two refrigerators with freezer, kettle, coffee machine, blender, toaster, oven, microwave, gas barbecue, ironing board, iron, and hair dryers.
AIR CONDITIONING
All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.
FIREPLACES AND STOVES
One fireplace and two wood-burning stoves are available for guests.
ELECTRIC FENCING
The garden fence is equipped with a low-voltage electric system to prevent animals from entering the property.
